The Fowler Formula is about the true spirit of motorcycle racing. When racing became more about money than fun, these racers in Portland, OR decided to turn thirty-year-old, rusted junkers into a cheap recipe for thrilling fights to the finish line. But it’s not long before they find that the good times might not last forever.
